Community plugins: top 60 by downloads, plus the owner's list (2026-10-21)

Method and honesty note: download counts are from obsidianmd/obsidian-releases/community-plugin-stats.json (cumulative, 9 235 plugins), names and descriptions from community-plugins.json. I did NOT open each plugin's GitHub README (the fetch tools were not used in this run); the two-line summaries come from the registry description and my knowledge, and the NotesCraft column from the code. Verify a plugin's exact behaviour before its brief starts.

Verdicts: BUILD-IN belongs in the app (needs UI, index or editor access the wasm ABI lacks); PLUGIN ships as a first-party wasm plugin on crates/plugins (command-style: reads/writes notes, inserts text); COVERED NotesCraft already does the job; SKIP (reason given). Wasm plugins can only be commands (see inventory.md, last section), so PLUGIN is rare on purpose.
