Right-to-left rows (unicode-bidi, owner approved): whole-line ordering, right alignment, system
Hebrew/Arabic fallback fonts. Engine commands note.extract and note.merge (assistant gate: writes,
merge also needs allow_delete). Round 3 tasks 25-30 added to specs/obsidian-basics/tasks.md.
