SMLib bindings: a curve list holds up to 16384 curves, as the C API now takes

tangency-labs/smlib#63 raised SMLIB_CURVE_MAX_CURVES from 4096 to 16384; CURVE_MAX_CURVES
follows it, so a profile of 5000 segments (a modelled thread, a fine polygon) extrudes:
kernel tests::measure_of_a_body_with_many_faces passes (5002 faces, 15000 edges, 10000
vertices).
