solidcore: move the pin to 6a068272 (main, with solidcore#1419 WP4: the level-2 AssertValid tests and SmSurfOfExtrusion::AssertValid, #1578)

Turns on the new flags transform_scales_each_tolerance and
transform_model_size_from_body_box.
