SMLib: pin 985faae, the batch of 2026-10-30 evening (tangency-labs/smlib#63–#65)

- #63: a knife edge (two faces tangent along it, folding back) rounds to the ball touching both
  faces back from it; a curve list takes up to 16384 curves (SMLIB_CURVE_MAX_CURVES); a stitched
  solid is a nested solid, its cavities void; booleans pair each face only with the faces whose
  box comes near its own, the closure test of a new face searches from both its sides, and a new
  edge from a faceuse shell to a wire keeps the faceuse shell: a row of Menger sponges joins in
  near linear work.
- #64: a tapered wall that closes partway up ends at its apex, its neighbours meeting above (it
  was refused as SMLIB_ERR_WALL_CLOSES); a round of revolution offset in past its radius has no
  offset; a round along an arc turns from its start section, not from the arc's frame.
- #65: capi tests, the Menger row join counts its work (smlib_work_counters) instead of timing it.
