kernel: STEP import tests and docs without the deleted face splitting

split_band_edges_are_seams tested split.rs's splitting of a face that winds around its
surface into two (deleted with the truck reader; the record keeps the face with a seam):
deleted. ImportedBody::file_faces says each body face is a file face.

(not built: base in progress)
