geom: fill_iso fills loops of five or more edges with patches about a centre

A loop of N >= 5 edges is N four-sided patches about a centre point: each edge split at
the middle of its parameter interval, a spoke from each midpoint to the centre, patch k
on the second half of edge k-1, the first half of edge k and the two spokes beside them.
All patches share one compatible space, so each spoke is the same control points in both
patches it divides and the centre one point; the least-squares solve takes them once
and adds rows opposing the two patches' derivatives across each spoke (tangent there).
The one- and three-/four-sided fill is the one-patch case of the same model. The result
lists each patch's sides (edge pieces with their parameter ranges, or spokes) and the
spoke curves; every pcurve is a straight line in (u, v).
