Fillet rig: the chamfer running into the openings is named for what it does

fillets/1080-chamfer-runs-into-openings-refused already expects the
9 mm chamfer built and cut by the openings (V = 3350); its id said it is
refused. It becomes 1080-chamfer-runs-into-openings-cut-by-them, and
blend_fit's chamfer_through_the_openings_is_cut_by_them names it so.
