smlib: solidcore's new opt-in fixes are on: UV trim checks on the surface, loop orientation from the loop's box, cones extended as themselves, the local operation's box, joined drop pieces, exact edges on analytic faces after a shell, and the two SSI trace fixes

Each is in the fork at develop's SMLIB_REV 1ccd4612 (tangency-labs/smlib b4f8c57, 54ca3e0,
b283ea2, a1ee273, e36feb1, cd85d34, 0dbe681, 8d95600), so solidcore stays with SolidCraft's C++.
