Known-failing tests: refreshed from the default run at solidcore de85a3e00

Seven lines passed at this pin and go (the pleats, the corner rounds wider than their faces, the
B-spline patch offset); the action matrix is down to the 3 actions that also fail on C++, and the
naming corpus to oracle/83, also as on C++. The chamfer line says what happens now that the pick
takes the rim. Three lines name an issue still to be filed.
