ci: recheck draft renderer after upstream workflow repair

Empty synchronization commit: preserve the exact tested source and tree8388e395.
Main f1183bcd (#1877) removed the empty jobs.clippy.env mapping that prevented
all jobs in run38993226180. Trigger a new PR merge evaluation against that
repaired base without altering our pinned source or any active local gate.

The recorded local fullCI failures remain failures. This is not a main-source
integration, feature commit, passing validation or merge-readiness claim.
