kernel: bridges read their support faces on the record

The bridge core was already its own geometry; its readings went through truck.
Chains are edges of the body's record (index, direction), measured along each
edge's record curve the way the chain runs; a support face is a record face whose
surface is evaluated with its exact first derivatives (SurfaceEval::derivs) where
truck's were finite differences; the station's parameters come from SurfaceEval's
projection. The bridge face is surfaces::tensor_sheet, and blend_between records
it as new over [a, b]. frames, frames_across and chain_closes take the body and
face index. Boundary patches go through the same bridge. Tests ported.

(not built: base in progress)
