Offset tests: both kernels refuse a top moved -9; the sphere to its centre waits on solidcore

The C++ kernel at 26cc451 refuses the moved top at -9, as ours does. #2027's numbers need 4.7e-9 at
-7.5, not 1e-6. offset_splits_corner_vertices makes the sphere moved to its centre fail with 1001 rather
than an empty result: ignored with the reason until solidcore answers it.
