Tests: the high-degree line prism_curve certifies is written at the record's highest degree

genuine_curves_and_oriented_traversal_are_certified built its degree-elevated line at degree
17. A B-rep record holds splines up to degree 16 (MAX_SPLINE_DEGREE, Brep::validate, #8618), so
no such edge reaches the certifier, and the evaluator refuses to build it. The line is now
written at MAX_SPLINE_DEGREE: still a line of the highest degree a record can carry.
