Arabic and Hebrew catalogs: #4414's thread direction labels out, as in every other catalog

Main's Arabic and Hebrew catalogs (#3768) arrived with thread.direction, thread.left_hand and
thread.right_hand, the labels of #4414's screw direction, which this branch replaced with the
thread's hand and took out of every catalog.
