Kernel tests: the box-and-fillet wire fixture records the round's cylinder frame as SMLib now keeps it

The round's cylinder keeps the frame it was made on when it is turned (SMLib's SwapUV no longer
re-derives it): its origin sits at x = −20 on the same axis line, (x, 2, 8) along x, radius 2.
Same cylinder; one number in the record moves.
