Kernel rig: the exact-class rounds pass on SMLib's classified exact rounds
The rounds now come as the rational surfaces their classes give, closed ones as two faces split at their seams, the touching pipes' as four: one splines entry a face, each of the class's degrees. Their KNOWN_FAILING lines go. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
