Fillet rig: the knife edge's 0.5 chamfer builds

SMLib's trim took a fillet meeting its face at more than 78 degrees for one with no side
(smlib-batch-4-rulings 971e567); the chord of the knife edge's 0.5 chamfer meets the flat face at
81 degrees. The case comes off the known-failing list.

Needs SMLIB_REV at that SMLib once it is pushed.
