Turn on geometric_g2_continuity: 2992's slowdown is gone

Run alone, crashes/2992-join-disk-and-36-twisted-loft-blades takes 35.6 s
with it on and 27.7 s off at c931c9641 (it was 121 s against 31 s), with
the same result (volume 7e-10 apart). The whole rig on solidcore with it
on keeps every status and moves one other volume by 1e-12. HELD_BACK is
empty.
