Kernel tests: the slot plates' STEP files are graded by their bounds and volume, not surface kinds

rounded_slot_exports_cylinders required no B_SPLINE_SURFACE, four
CYLINDRICAL and two TOROIDAL surfaces; ramp_cut_slot_exports_sheets
_bounded_by_their_faces five CYLINDRICAL and two B_SPLINE (SMLib keeps one
more round an exact cylinder). Which kind a face is written as is the
writer's choice; what #612 and #1198 were about is that no surface reaches
past the part. Both keep that (every CARTESIAN_POINT's x within [0, 60],
control points and placements included) and their round-trip volume: the
first against Pappus, the plate (800 + 100 pi) 4 less (1 - pi/4) along
the straight edges and the arcs at 10 - r (10 - 3 pi) / (3 (4 - pi)), at
1e-3; the second against the exported body's at 1e-4. Both pass today.
