Kernel: the box-and-fillet wire records are SMLib's

box_and_fillet_have_stable_wire_records compared the encoding of a box and a filleted box
with records truck built (2f4d6acac). Since f11c0c571 an operation's result is the record
SMLib gives, which numbers the box's faces in its own order and the fillet's edges by its
history, so the golden differed in face order, face sources and edge history, not in the
encoding. Rewritten with NATIVE_BREP_BLESS=1 and checked against the geometry: the box 6
planes, 12 edges, 8 vertices, each face source's plane its face's; the filleted box 7 faces,
15 edges, 10 vertices (one edge replaced by a face: +1, +3, +2), the round a cylinder of radius
2 along x on the axis (y, z) = (2, 8), 2 from y = 0 and z = 10.
