solidcraft-smlib: the fork at be3fc10, whose boolean no longer reads a freed edge

A gap the boolean fixed on one side only left the freed edge in its common-edge map, and the next
pass read it: a square-wire coil cut into the wall of a bore crashed the process on SMLib
(sweeps/2552). It now fails with an error.
