kernel tests: the rim chamfers running off their rims build, on SMLib 737c392

chamfer_wider_than_sloped_basin_rim_builds and a_rim_loop_chamfer_running_off_its_rim_builds
waited for SMLib to build the cliff overflow (CloseRemovalRegion refused it,
SM_FILERR_NO_ROOM). The pinned SMLib builds it (eddf0ede4, bba9914b6): both pass on aarch64
Linux and are no longer ignored.
