solidcore: move the pin to f020a066 (main, with IsNurbSurfaceCylinder / IsNurbSurfaceTorus, solidcore#1433)

From 4cd55082: the ports of SmCylinder::IsNurbSurfaceCylinder and
SmTorus::IsNurbSurfaceTorus (#1448), with the new opt-in fix
found_torus_sphere_keep_tested_nurb (fork 7ea6a96, WR-493), turned on like
every other flag.
