solidcore: move the pin to 7ca6ce7a (main, with solidcore PR #1427 SmBrep::LocalOperation, #1474 Nx1 corner, and fixes since 3c17ddb1)

Turns on the new flags local_operation_offset_status, torus_major_radius_from_origin,
fillet_corner_sphere_from_four_arcs, fillet_nx1_opposite_continuation_side_edge and
fillet_trace_rejects_short_step.
