Fillet rig: the knife-edge chamfers name SMLib's cause, a cusp's ball radius of 0

smlib_chamfer turns the distance into a ball radius d sqrt((1 - c)/(1 + c)), c the faces'
binormals' dot (capi chamfer_radius); at #851's cusp the binormals agree, the radius is 0 and
the call is SM_ERR_INVALID_INPUT before the fillet executive runs (gdb: chamfer_edges sees
radius 0; the dump's why is empty). SolidCraft hands every chamfer to SMLib, so the
ball-contact chord (the ball of radius d: 3.822 wide at d = 2, 159.2365 removed) is SMLib's to
build.
