Rig: the reimported peg's rounds fail as the peg's do

fillets/report-peg-step-front-and-concave-rounds-together-r2 no longer
fails with 1001 on solidcore: since solidcore#2198 (cb9e544ab, WR-641) an
extended rail end whose section cannot be solved is skipped, and the round
builds as fillets/report-peg-front-and-concave-rounds-together-r2, the same
peg not written to STEP, already does: a seam G0 at (32, 2, 10) and the
tight box 6.5e-3 below the front face y = 0, where the exact box is
(0, 0, 0) .. (48, 16, 20). The case stays listed, with that reason.
