Move the solidcore pin to c9a06dc7c

It builds without change in SolidCraft: solidcore's API changes since
9fb13f145 add two UpstreamFixes flags, the surface/plane curve traced
on the plane's equation (WR-682) and the extended rail end at the side
edge crossing (WR-681), plus STEP pcurve reading (a new BuildOptions
field, off by default) and the surface/plane curve as a free function,
none of which SolidCraft calls.
