solidcore: move the pin to 9b76ac13 (main, with SmApiBrepMaterialCensus, solidcore#1436)

From b1b95955: the census port (#1447), the fast-drop face filters
reading the trimmed cache in its pre-GetTree state during booleans (#1371),
and difftest-only changes. No new UpstreamFixes flags. crates/smlib's tests
are unchanged: 130 passed, 37 ignored.
