smlib: solidcore's four new fork-carried opt-ins are on; the fillet trim status waits

#1814, smlib@994f129) and loops_go_on_round_the_vertex (WR-591, #1813, smlib@9209e76) are on:
their fork commits are in SMLIB_REV 68fb9162. fillet_trim_status (WR-604, solidcore#674) has no
fork commit, so it goes on HELD_BACK.
