solidcore: move the pin to bba8d8798 (main, with solidcore#1747 application attribute handlers)

Merged since 43ed10e54:
- #1747 application-defined attribute handlers (AttributeHandlers, Attribute::application,
  application_value; fixes #1730)
- #1722 CreateUVTrimCurve's 101-point drop measures each point's surface distance
- #1763 opt-in local operation closes walls that shrink to nothing (WR-566)

main's CI test job passed on bba8d8798; its difftest jobs stop on an sccache-action rate limit and
main does not build with --features cpp (solidcore#1805), which SolidCraft does not use.
