Tests: the known-failing list takes develop's 10 failing tests

Develop 38fd4a4f6 (CI run 41157648345, after the SMLib eaa998a pin) fails 10 cargo tests; each
is listed with the cause its failure message gives. Seven are SMLib refusals or results off
their derived volumes (fillet, chamfer and shell), the cli action matrix and naming corpus
among them; the two corner_g2 tests are the fitted G2 corner patch bulging past the box, which
the explicit G2 corner fixes.
