SMLib: pin v1.1.0-alpha (a18bbe5): the generic blend's step-4 corners, the Ball's sphere patch through the flat arrays, all-target CI

Since f916a8d:
- #120: every target again, plus the warnings fix;
- #121: the Ball's patch as flat kind 6 with its sphere, read by the previous commit;
- #122: tests gated on counts;
- #123: the Mixed corner;
- #124: the End at a smooth vertex;
- #125: four or more rounds, and open setbacks;
- #126: the equal-area thumbweight guard;
- #127: the trunk merge.

The SMLIB_PREBUILT checksums are from the release prebuilt-a18bbe5…, written by `scripts/fetch-smlib.sh --pin`.
