Move the solidcore pin to 4d3ce6264

solidcore main at 4d3ce6264 adds the Gⁿ section generator (#2260) and
variable rounds as the union of their balls (#2262), both behind the new
fillet_gn_section_generator flag; the ssi_tangent_curve_tracer crease
round fix (#2101, solidcore#2089); cooperative cancellation (#2263,
solidcore#2136); and difftest and plan PRs. No API change reaches
SolidCraft: the crate builds as it is.
