Fillet rig: grade the 851 rows' rounds G1 at their own tangent seams

The 851 table rows grade continuity again, on each round's seams to the faces it
rolls on, picked by points at the middle of its edge (the top front round's at
z = 8 on the front and y = -19 on the top, the arc's at rho 23 and rho 21, the
uprights' at their contacts). The default `blend` selection read G0 there because
it pairs a blend face with the contact faces of every edge in the feature, so where
a round ends square on another edge's contact face (a crease by construction) it was
graded as a tangent seam: a gap in the grader's seam selection, worked around here
by naming the seams. All seven rows pass.
