kernel: exact path helpers exported; SMLib pinned at the fork's integration head

The fork head carries untrim and extend shims with their history tags, the local solvers that
take no value from a failed evaluation (solidcore#481), the B-spline curve radius check
(#475), the torus minor-interval check (#482), the blend rail along its face's rim (#485) and the
intersection path's statuses.
