engine: revolve about a construction axis given by name

solid.revolve and surface.revolve took any other axis string as a sketch line id,
so a construction axis by name failed with 'unknown sketch line' (#2516). A name
that is no line of the profile's sketch and names a construction axis is that
axis where it is now, as picking it in the view already passes it ({origin, dir}).
