solidcraft-smlib: pin the fork at ffaf4e8, offset merge and intersection-edge ends

Two SMLib fixes (tangency-labs/smlib r-shell-fillet):
- b0e84f4: faces an extended offset already mated are not intersected
  again in the offset's merge (rig shell/3103, a two-half cone frustum
  shelled open at the top, now one valid solid at the closed-form
  volume).
- ffaf4e8: an intersection edge's end goes to its own vertex when its
  ProtoVertex resolved into several (rig fillets/1488, the slab joined
  with a nudged pleated loft, valid again; booleans/2801 passes too).

Every rig case that passed on SMLib at 2d7c7ed still passes.
