Known-failing tests: main's four tests that fail on solidcore as on C++

Rebuilt from CI's PR selection (nextest, ci profile) on 4a98a1f8a, x86_64: 20 failed of 11424. Every line already listed still fails; action_matrix_sample stays listed (CI's filter excludes it); the i18n failure is fixed in 9c2388ef8. The four tests main added fail with the same messages as on C++, where smlib's list has them.
