Revert "CI: run the triage and claim bots on the trusted light runner ( #2655 )" ( #2735 )
...
The trusted runners' guard refuses issue and pull_request_target events by design (they carry a
write token and handle untrusted input), so the bots failed there. They go back to GitHub's runners.

They check out main's own scripts, never pull request code, and were holding dozens of
GitHub-hosted runner slots that pull request builds need.
