Vec3 moves from math.rs into geom::vector3d (re-exported from math).
Wires UNPORTED(geom.vector3d) in geom::tol (AreParallel/ArePerpendicular)
and replaces the CO-PORT copies in tol, vector2d and extent3d.
difftest: 6114 cases, all bit-identical; geom.tol now 3430/3430, 0 deferred.
