The boolean.api_brep guard now rejects only UB-242 inputs; the topology_intersector
shims drop the stale-manager teardown v1.0.1 no longer needs; shim citations move to
v1.0.1 line numbers. GlueCoincidentBrepVertices: the UB-241 stop (use-after-free on
the GlueVertices path) no longer skips the delete branch, which is defined and now
runs as upstream; boolean.api_brep crossing_creases_union_d1e-05 matches C++.

Snapshot of the swarm's in-progress v1.0.1 port before merging main:
per-slice ports (curve_class, face, brep/NLib, heal, primitives/cone,
SM_API and small files, offset/merge/topology_intersector, proto_topology,
vertex/vertexuse/track changes), shim/FFI updates, the pin file and
callgraph remap, fixtures and "fixed in v1.0.1" addenda. Not yet gated.

Migrated by hand as units-migrate-branch.sh would (its units.py needs Python
3.11 tomllib; this box has 3.10): the branch's only modules.toml change, the
surface.cone_p3 notes, goes to plan/units/surface.cone_p3.toml; modules.toml
removed, the cone_p3 report untracked.

Thread caller-owned notification stores through p2 while preserving legacy external contexts and real kernel callbacks. Share split and face-construction algorithms, use native face order and the existing empty constructor, preserve ignored RemoveFaces statuses, and guard newly merged handwritten native exports.
P2 Rust entrypoints now require OffsetNotifications. Geometry/SSI executive adapters remain explicitly partial; no geometry, substitute context, or notification state is fabricated.

Translate plane sections, parallel and intersecting-axis cone/cylinder cases, interval intersection and degenerate deduplication. Preserve general dispatch through a typed callback until SurfaceKind holds cones. Leave explicit dependency markers for cone_p2 ellipse trimming and surface_p11 coincident boundaries. Native differential validation is in progress; plan status remains todo.
