The origin axes, the navigation cube's triad, 3D sketch triads and joint
origins drew `axis_x/y/z` (255,0,0 / 0,255,0 / 2,2,248), the view triad and
the headless picture drew `triad` (220,60,60 / 60,170,60 / 60,100,230) and
the Move gizmo drew `gizmo` (225,70,60 / 80,190,80 / 70,130,240). The
`triad` and `gizmo` tokens are gone: every axis reads `axis_x/y/z`, now the
view triad's values (the engine's `view::colors::AXIS_*`, so headless
pictures are unchanged, and the set the red-green table was measured for).
Older theme files' `triad` and `gizmo` lists still read and set the axes.

the 156 colours is set, so nothing falls back to the Dark or Light palette.

The Model tab and the shared tabs (Assemble, Insert, Inspect, Manage,
View) draw their selected label in selected_ink on accent_soft. Both
Gruvbox dark variants inherited the default dark selected_ink #9cc7f5,
which reaches only 4.48:1 on #48544f (Gruvbox Dark) and 4.13:1 on
Set selected_ink to the Gruvbox foreground #ebdbb2 in both files:
5.76:1 and 5.31:1. Tabs with their own accent keep their own ink.
A test checks the selected label of every workspace and contextual tab
against its soft background in Dark, Light and every built-in theme
file.

* App icon: draw the borderless mark everywhere (#5461)
app_icon.rs drew the older mark with white lines between the faces and a
white outline around it, so the Windows, Linux, web and README icons did
not match the macOS icon, the social card or the title bar. It now draws
the borderless mark from the faces and gradients of the macOS artwork
(03-solid-blue-cutout.svg): five faces with transparent gaps between them.
The filler fills even-odd spans so the concave faces work.
The Linux hicolor PNGs and both Windows .ico files are regenerated with
`cargo xtask app-icons`. The README logo, the web app's icons and every
package pick them up from there.
The logo colour token's fourth entry (the white edge) is gone: nothing
draws it any more.

Inactive tabs go back to the plain bar colour (the Home tab's readable
hover stays). The separate Home button and theme toggle are gone: Home is
a tab and the theme is in Preferences. The folder icon becomes a File text
menu, Save moves into it (Ctrl+S unchanged), and Help sits on the right
next to Report a bug. Tabs start right after File, Undo and Redo.

Colour vision modes (Protan, Deutan, Tritan) in Preferences > Graphics, with palettes, shader and icon colours adapted per mode, translations and tests.
Inactive document tabs get a faint outline so neighbouring tabs stay apart, and the Home tab uses the same hover tint as the design tabs so its label stays readable in the light theme. Fixes#1115.
Sketch Mirror, rectangular and circular Pattern, and Offset now show a green live preview that follows the selection and settings; OK commits, Cancel leaves the sketch unchanged. The shared dialogs show the current selection step and source counts, sources can be toggled with Ctrl/Cmd-click, cleared and reselected.
Offsets keep editable driving distance dimensions (One Side, Two Sides, Symmetric) that update the derived curves without moving the source, with undo/redo and save/reopen. Format 19: older files keep their fixed offsets.
New dialog labels in en, zh, ja, de and ko.
