surface.surface_cache_p3: shim, ffi and difftest runner; wire trim_srf_cache and p1 back-edges
difftest: 600 cases, 451 bit-identical, 0 failed, 149 deferred; perturb 451/451.
trim_srf_cache now 527 pass / 93 deferred (was 462 / 158).
