* docs: RFC 0001, the Craft bridge between SolidCraft, CamCraft and PCBCraft
Starts docs/rfcs/ for cross-app proposals. RFC 0001 is a draft: one
.craftx exchange file with stable face names, an open-in launch, file
watching for live links, and a phased plan starting with Send to CamCraft.

* docs: RFC 0002, plugins
Turns the design in #1221 and docs/plugins.md into an RFC. docs/plugins.md
becomes a stub pointing to it; the two links to it are updated.

* docs: keep the RFC change docs-only
docs/plugins.md stays as a pointer to the RFC, so the code comment needs no edit.

* docs: drop CollabCraft and craft-cloud from the browser runtime design
SolidCraft's cloud Open/Save is its own design. Removes the CollabCraft,
craft.quasarke.net, craft-cloud and craft-nextcloud references added in #1258.

* docs: remove the browser runtime design note
docs/web-runtime.md described crates that do not exist in SolidCraft
(craft-runtime, craft-tier-store, craft-worker-host, craft-gpu) as its plan.
Removes the note and the links to it, and the craft-libs section in plugins.md.

Reword comments, docs and package descriptions so they describe SolidCraft's own behaviour instead of comparing it to another product. The trademark notice, the commercial-CAD rule and the navigation preset name stay as they were.

A design note for SolidCraft in the browser: tiered storage, a SharedWorker job broker, GPU dispatch and in-browser agent control through the same engine commands, with the generic pieces in craft-libs. Linked from the MCP and web getting-started docs.
