* docs: drop CollabCraft and craft-cloud from the browser runtime design

SolidCraft's cloud Open/Save is its own design. Removes the CollabCraft,
craft.quasarke.net, craft-cloud and craft-nextcloud references added in #1258.

docs/web-runtime.md described crates that do not exist in SolidCraft
(craft-runtime, craft-tier-store, craft-worker-host, craft-gpu) as its plan.
Removes the note and the links to it, and the craft-libs section in plugins.md.
