* Sketch Project/Intersect: keep exact lines and arcs of whole bodies, no noisy rebuild warning (#1110)

Whole-body silhouettes and sections fit lines and arcs tightly and snap arcs
tangent to their neighbours. A rebuilt projection warns only when it removed
the user's own constraints or curves. Pending locales cover ar, he and vi, and
the preselection tests use the direct-pick workflow.
