* Two-distance and distance-angle chamfers of free-form rims: a test on the SMLib kernel (#4332)

A spline, Bézier or text outline's rim used to be refused by the two-distance and
distance-angle chamfers. The SMLib kernel (#11351) chamfers it along the rim; this test pins
that down on a four-Bézier oval, picked as its tangent chain the way a pick takes it: the
volume taken off is the analytic one for two distances (both ways round) and for a distance
and an angle.
