* STEP import: read a CURVE_REPLICA as its parent moved by the transformation (#10755)

An edge whose curve is a CURVE_REPLICA (FreeCAD writes one for a repeated
edge) was refused as an unsupported curve, leaving the body open. The reader
now keeps the parent and the CARTESIAN_TRANSFORMATION_OPERATOR_3D; edges use
the parent moved and scaled as the same kind of curve; the writer round-trips
it. A mirroring operator and a replica as a swept profile stay unsupported.
