Brett Lawson b224ad6dae Kernel rig: the Lip refusal case matches the reworded message (#10871) (#11937) ...

#10871 reworded Lip's refusal on a face that is not a shelled rim to
"Lip needs the rim of a shelled body: ...", but the plastic rig case
cov-lip-on-a-face-without-an-opening-refused still looked for "pick the
rim face of a shelled body". The case now matches the new message, so the
kernel rig's plastic shard passes again on main.
